Age and generation overlapping without previous knowledge

The workshop creates space for mindfulness, sensuality, intuition and empathy. Through inner and outer movement, ACHTEN shows simple ways to quickly and purposefully achieve healthy self-regulation and self-awareness.


Experiencing polarities such as inhaling and exhaling, speed and slowness, noise and silence, fullness and emptiness initiates an inner process in which balance can take place.
We understand that feelings are moving energy and discover how we can specifically build up or reduce energy through movement. In this way we achieve more balance and joy in life.

All are welcome to move. No previous experience is necessary. We get to know polarities and experience them in movement.
