SCREENSAVERS SERIES
"Screensaver Series" is a kaleidoscopic performance and sound installation with five dancers that magically presents the diversity of life. Similar to the hypnotic imagery of the good old kaleidoscope peep tube, here too we are fascinated by a perpetual symmetrical movement. The dancers' bodies flow in waves and cycles like a single organism, suggesting images from the natural world: underwater plants, metamorphosis, something growing. The audience can move around the group of bodies during the performance, be drawn into the rhythmic spell of the abstract movement...and be amazed.
